Regional Business Development Manager - General Insurance (3-12 yrs)
Position Title: Regional Business Development Manager - Health Level/Grade/Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager
The incumbent would be responsible for the retail health business GWP numbers for the location. He would be the Health SME(Subject matter expert) in these locations, and would work with the various channel teams in addressing knowledge gaps in the teams through training, as well as going on calls with them where they may need support for closure. This is hence, a training + business development role, working closely with all channels, primary stakeholder being agency.
The RBDM would also be responsible for spotting new business development opportunities for retail health business in the local geographies, and bringing them to closure.
