Regional Business Development Head - IT (5-8 yrs)
We are looking for someone who has/is:
- 5-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the food tech industry, with the ability to grasp and articulate technical concepts and translate them into industry or business relevant terms.
- Proven ability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team.
- Capable of exhibiting an empathetic, precise, and articulate approach when engaging senior decision-makers, helping them understand the business value of adopting a SaaS/technical solution.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in selling a SaaS solution and comfortable with understanding technical topics.
- Proficient in managing day-to-day activities using a CRM tool like Salesforce.
- Hands-on leader with a strong inclination to spend time with customers, rather than sitting behind a desk.
