- Ensure right selection and retention of candidate through their timely induction and engagement by ABM's and self.

- Should possess leadership traits to inspire and lead the team apart from having an ability to coach each team person for effective functioning of their roles and responsibilities.
- Accountable for achieving and executing the sales volume and brand targets in his area and assigned HQ's.
- Should be an effective executor to implement company policies with good resource management of self and team.
- Should do regular performance evaluations of team, devise and execute sales strategies to achieve the objectives 100% ( value targets / brand targets)
- Generate wider prescriber base in each HQ through building good rapport with key opinion leaders through effective marketing strategy execution.
