Regional Account Manager - Real Estate (3-10 yrs)
Job description :
The incumbent is responsible for P&L of the assigned area, always creating a robust team to deliver set targets and to enhance builder relationship.
Job responsibilities :
- Contacting potential builders and arrange meetings for closures.
- Negotiation Skills to take deals to a closure.
- Developing quotes and proposals.
- Maintain relation and ensure business flow from the builders is ensured Month on Month Basis.
- Handle issues of the builder and maintain relation with the builder.
- Willingness to travel on a daily basis.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Ability to Set up a Team and drive business.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Experience in sales, marketing or related field. Real Estate / IPC experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Candidate profile Must Have :
- Experience in maintaining relationship between Builder and Financial Institutions.
- Experience in real estate industry. Should have worked with builders / developers / Agencies experience of real estate.
- Experience at International Property Consultants will be preferred.
- Should have good understanding of the local market and should speak in local language.
Desired Skills/ Competencies :
- Any Graduation / MBA degree.
- Positive attitude and zeal for meeting new people to do business development.
- Experience in banking will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent aptitude to understand and pitch financial product solutions to prospects.
