Regional Academic Excellence Expert - Product Training & Sales Support - EduTech (4-15 yrs)
Hiring for Regional Academic Excellence Expert role for a leading Ed-Tech organisation.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct Academic/ Curriculum Discussions with prospective schools
- Keep the Region team updated on the latest Curriculum nuances of the organisation's offerings
- Support CHs/ AMs in sign-ups at leader/ large schools with academically inclined school owners/ principals
- Ensure zero drops from post sign-up till operationalization
Requirements :
Experience :
- 5+ years in an academic role.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong in Account Risk Analysis, Negotiation & collaboration Skills.
- Proven ability to anticipate account needs, issues, Match/troubleshoot them proactively
