Job Role:
- Handling end-to-end sales and keeping the clients warm with regular follow-ups.
- Providing services to Clients & updating them with New Programs and New updates from Time to Time.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students
- Make calls to leads generated to convert them to enrolments
- Handle enquiries and convert them to enrolments
- Perform counselling and career guidance for students
- Convert walk ins into admissions
- Resolve candidate queries relating to the course
- Handling the duties and responsibilities of operations work like admission process documentation, database management etc
- Ability to communicate to working professionals to explain the programme details
- Demonstrate counselling services over the phone
- Maintain day to day reports
- All other duties pertaining to telephonic and one to one customer facing
- Providing information about the course contents, duration, eligibility, fee structure and work options as relevant to their choice of course.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent Communication and Convincing Skills, should be Presentable
- Proven ability to drive the sales process
- Fresher with Excellent Communication Skills can also apply
- Experience: 4 - 8 years
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
