Duties & Responsibility
1. Have experience opening new showrooms in various locations.
2. Create and implement a strategic business plan that broadens the company's market base and strengthens its presence.
3. Makes visits to prospective customers to discuss the benefits of a franchised firm, services to be provided, costs, location, and financial arrangements.
4. Responding to and managing incoming email and telephone inquiries.
5. Maintain and create solid relationships with prospects through personal touch via phone or meeting.
6. Ensure that franchise sites follow corporate rules, processes, and operational standards to preserve brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
7. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each franchise site, identifying opportunities for development and devising performance-enhancing initiatives.
8. Develop and maintain good connections with franchisees, acting as their primary point of contact for answering problems, resolving difficulties, and encouraging collaboration.
9. Identify prospects for future franchise development and help attract and select prospective franchisees.
10. Work with the marketing team to create and implement marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and strategies that will increase franchise sales and brand awareness.
Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM (6 days working Wednesday would be fixed weekly off)
