Responsibilities :
1 Cross-selling and upselling Refyne's product to the existing customers.
2 Make Outbound calls
3 Ability to learn about products and explain them to customers
4 Must be able to help increase the company Business.
5 Must be comfortable to work in sales.
6 Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
Day to day work :
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Recommends solutions to issues in constructive ways.
- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources.
- Conducts daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Is energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organization.
