Refrens - Customer Support & Onboarding (1-3 yrs)
- We are a invoicing and payments software company. We are growing fast and need a dedicated person to help users with their product related queries. The work involves talking to users over chat, email and phone calls.
- You will have to learn about all the features of the product and be able to answer to queries independently.
- Create any support documents required to be shared with clients.
- We are looking for a young executive to join our team and grow to become a lead.
- Atleast 1 yr of work experience.
- Strong language skills. English (Written and Verbal) and Hindi (Verbal).
- Ability to learn fast.
- Ability to type fast and talk on the phone.
- Gender and Educational qualification does not matter.
