Telecaller
- Explaining the products and services offered by the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Maintaining daily call & appointment tracking sheet provided.
- EOD report to be submitted in given format.
- Resolving concerns and queries.
- Suggesting solutions based on the customer's requirements.
- Maintaining the database of the customers.
- Attend customer enquiry and pass on to the concerned department.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 years experience as a Telecaller or Telemarketer.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is must.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Ability to communicate in other languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
