Reev Travels - Manager - Client Relationship (1-2 yrs)
1. Roles and responsibilities:
- Retrieving and sending ticket copies to clients
- Maintaining all the booking details with flight departure date and time
- Following up with clients before 24 hours of departure for check-in assistance
- Sending boarding passes to clients
- Tracking flight timings and updating the client
- Fishing clients before departure and after landing
2. Hotel:
- Sending hotel confirmation voucher
- Asking client's preference, time of arrival at the hotel, and any extra request
- Following up with client and hotel to fulfill
- Assisting the client to check-in
- Wishing clients during their stay and after checking out
