Role : Customer Service Executive for Digital Consulting
Role Summary/Purpose :
The role entails providing high quality customer service via e-chat while ensuring that required service is rendered in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities :
Be available as per the schedule to eChat with customers.
Resolve customer queries and concerns through Chat/E mail.
Generate leads for Sales team via Chat/email.
Follow-up on customer inquiries and resolve.
Skills required:
Should be Customer Service Centric, Excellent English Verbal Communication Skills.
Should have zeal to learn and perform as per stringent targets.
Passion for customer services.
