Redwood Associates is an emerging analytics company in the field of digital analytics consulting and analytics education. We are looking for Business Development Associates for our Analytics Education Division

The candidate will be

- Highly motivated, self-starter, able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

- Be very well read to understand global business trends and how careers will get shaped accordingly.

- Should be able to connect with working professional and offer them guidance on how they can accelerate their career growth through analytics

- A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Specific details of the job is outlined below

- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce Redwood's solutions and identify prospective clients within the target market.

- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

- Conduct a need analysis and determine prospects as to how Redwood's solutions will speak to those needs.

- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

- Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Required experience and knowledge

Bachelor's Degree preferred

- 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience/or customer service

Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas.

- A proven track record of strong client relationships.

- Excellent client service skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
