Redsky Technologies - Executive - Inside Sales (1-3 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Create new leads and prospects for our products in India market

- Effectively articulate the value of our software to both technical and non-technical buyers

- Consistently achieve goals by creating leads which leads to increase in sales and growth of revenues

- Create and maintain prospect list with multiple customer segments

- Develop and maintain relationship with key business decision makers (CTO/CIO/CEO) in the industry

- Manage MIS and Database - Maintain excel worksheets and CRM for all the contacts

- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly target

- Utilise best practices for sales methodology

Requirements : 


- A passion for new business sales as well as keenness to grow existing relationships

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver presentations

- Strong phone skills and email writing skills and ability to be persuasive

- Should be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint

- A spirited and result oriented individual with the ability and ambition to create a mutual win-win situation

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Positive attitude and self motivated

- Ability to take charge and deliver on results

Job Qualifications : 

- Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration specialising in Sales & Marketing

Experience :

- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales preferably within an IT industry or a similar organisation
