As a Sales Executive - Support and Sales at Redmil Business Mall, you will be at the forefront of our customer-centric initiatives. You will have the unique opportunity to engage with our existing clients, nurture those relationships, and contribute to the growth of our customer base through effective sales strategies. You will be a key player in ensuring our clients have a seamless and satisfying experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Understand client needs and requirements, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience.

2. Sales Initiatives :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate revenue and achieve sales targets.

- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.

- Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new clients and expand the client base.

3. Client Support :

- Provide exceptional support and assistance to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

- Ensure clients are aware of all available products and services that may benefit them.

4. Product Knowledge :

- Stay updated on Redmil's products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.

- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to provide valuable insights based on client feedback.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in sales

- Bachelor's Degree

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
