Roles & responsibilities :
1 Identify and research high growth enterprise software and IT services companies both domestically and internationally.
2 Setting up call or meeting with Partners and participate in calls/meetings as appropriate.
3 Setting up the best business development practices
4 Active participation in requirement gathering and deep diving
5 Preparing & updating proposals, white papers, sales pitches & various presentations
6 Negotiating Deals and Closing Sales Order
7 Discussion with business analysts and preparing SRS, FRS, DFD etc for project commencement
8 Managing client relationships and generating new business from clients by handling complete end to end sales cycle starting from negotiation to closure.
9 Lead Generation : Reaching out to potential clients.
10 Sales Conversion
11 Client / Account Handling & Support
12 Ability to understand customer requirements and accordingly suggest the solution
13 To be involved in Follow ups, Competition Analysis to Kick Off
14 Ensure that all the prospect clients questions have been answered as fully as possible
15 Give presentations to clients, and fix appointments
16 Good knowledge of getting quality leads for Mobile Application Development, Custom Software Solutions, CRM Software
Skills :
1. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Written & Verbal). Knowledge of additional foreign language(s) will be a plus.
2. Knowledge of the Mobile Application technologies and trends.
3. Experience of working with Mobile Games & Application Service Providers.
4. Should be well versed with the Software Development Life Cycle.
5. Should be a good team player.
