RED.Health - Executive - Customer Support (1-4 yrs)
Call Center Executive Job Responsibility :
1. Identifying Customer's needs, Clarifying information, researching each issue and providing solutions.
2. Follow Communication Scripts when handling different topics.
3. Build Sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
4. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive way.
5. Should be able to coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth service to customers.
6. Attending Inbound domestic voice calls for booking and dispatch of Ambulances.Requirements:1. Previous experience in Customer Support role.
2. Strong Phone & Verbal communication skills along with active listening.
3. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
4. Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
5. Flexible to work Rotational shifts in the Night shift as well for Males. (NO night shift for Female candidate)
6. Good typing skills.
7. Self Transportation.
8. Excellent command of English, and Hindi is Mandatory.
