redBus - Team Leader - Customer Service (4-6 yrs)
We are looking for highly energetic professionals worked in the capacity of Team leader handling more than 15 associates from the BPO Background and willing to work in the capacity of Individual contributor with excellent Stake holder Management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to function in a responsible, professional manner, making good judgement, decision-making, remain positive, rational, calm and professional under stressful conditions.
- Manage all the Vendors/Stake holders across all the location where redBus is present
- Ability to tackle problems and take independent action, seek out new responsibilities, act on opportunities, generate new ideas, and practice self-development.
- Work on complex assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
- Prioritize tasks to accomplish goals and objectives. Good interpersonal skills combined with the ability to make an impact.
- Excellent intercultural skills.
- Organized and able to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
- Must be Excellent at team management, Stake holder Management, self driven, outgoing and self-motivated.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
