CTC : 2L to 4L PA, Depend on Previous Salary and Interview
Channel : Agency
Job Eligibility Criteria :
- 2+ years of Sales and Marketing experience.
- Minimum qualification- Completed any Graduation required.
- Age between 25 to 40 Years.
- Lived in Current location minimum for 2 Years
Job Profile/Duties/Responsibilities :
- Guiding the Team to sell the products on the market.
- Team Management and team handling.
- Recruitment of Team, Field calls and Visits with team and Handle to Team
- The role will also involve training producers in the company's product range and an integral part of the role will be driving ongoing sales and identifying new opportunities for growth.
The performance evaluation is twice a year; means you will get increment/promotions after every 6 months.
