Recruitment & Development Manager - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Designation: - Recruitment & Development Manager- with 1 year relevant experience as a Sales Executive/Manager. (Field Sales)
Job Locations: UP, Uttrakhand, Haryana, Delhi/NCR, Punjab.
JOB SUMMARY:
Hire & implement team of "Sales Officers", trained them to get revenue generation.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1- Graduate, Minimum total 2.5 years of experience (at least 1 year need to be in field sales is required)
2- MBA (alteast 1 year of Sales experience)
3- Undergraduate (2 years of experience, at least 1 year need to be in field sales is required)
4- Open for candidate from across industries (Life & General Insurance, Bank, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, FMCG etc.)
5- Candidates within radius of 25 kms can be lined up
6- Life advisors of other insurance companies are welcomed to join as Recruitment & Development Manager.
