Roles & Responsibility :
- The process of locating, employing, and managing advisors from the right location is known as agent administration and recruitment.
- Provide advisers with the necessary training and motivation to help them become more informed about the goods and market.
- Monitor and assess the agent's performance.
- Help them to make as much money as they can.
- To make sure that requirements are met, hold frequent customer meetings. Execution of sales strategy : Expand market reach and penetration by segmenting the market.

- Employ insurance advisors and offer guidance, inspiration, and recommendations. the position of Team Leader.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Field.
- Solid understanding of policies and products.
- Leadership and team management skills
- Any Graduate
- Local Candidate with Own Bike & DL
- CTC UP to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + other benefit
- 22 to 40 years Candidate
