-Job Description:-

The Recruiter Agency Manager in an insurance company is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and management of insurance agents.

-Role & Responsibilities:-

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified insurance agents.

-Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make hiring decisions.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling job advertisements.

2. Training and Development:

- Design and deliver training programs to new and existing agents.

- Ensure agents are knowledgeable about the company's products, services, and sales techniques.

- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

3. Team Management:

- Supervise and mentor a team of insurance agents, providing guidance and support.

- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance productivity.

4. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.

- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback and coaching to agents.

- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

5. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by agents or clients.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on recruitment and sales activities.

- Analyze data to assess recruitment effectiveness and agent performance.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
