Recon - Regional Head - Sales & Partnerships (3-7 yrs)
Recon Business Advisory is a pure cyber-securities company head quartered in New Delhi and working PAN India across industries. Currently looking to expand our sales force, Recon is hiring a full time sales manager in the Bengaluru location.
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for travelling to customer locations, understanding technical challenges and providing applicable solutions
- Prepare and deliver samples and/or quotations to customers, while providing technical expertise to turn the quote into a sale
- Responsible to know and understand Recons service availability, use, benefits and pricing structure
- Promote Recons's services by attending conferences and prospecting new customers
- Utilizing corporate resources and initiating the sales process build and nurture new accounts as well as prospect and build new relationships
- Strong hands on technical ability
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years- experience in a technical sale capacity with related field experience
- Strong network in the tech industry (preferrably FinTech and e-commerce)
- Experienced in technical sales and knowledge of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Proficient in utilizing various sales techniques
- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
