Recklabs - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Description :
We are looking for a professional who can create growth avenues for our products in Cloud & Infrastructure Security for companies who have scaled digital infrastructure
Responsibility:
- Management :
- Collaborating to increase the volume of business and exploring new methodologies to drive further growth. Work with the senior management to create a prioritized, tactical action plan to exceed revenue and strategic goals.
- To build an annual sales pipe to then convert into quarterly, monthly and weekly operational plans.
- Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, negotiation, objection handling & winning deals by monitoring the quarterly sales achievement against targets.
- Able to build good working relationships across all inter-department and management levels and alliance with the products team.
- Should be a sound team mate and an effective individual contributor at the same time.
- Independently execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders.
- Independently manage complex contract negotiations, working with senior executives both inside and outside of Recklabs.
- Work closely with the customer base to ensure they are successful using our solutions and have the technical resources required.
- Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings for developers.
- Product :
- Responsible for emphasizing the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems & devising the regional business development strategy in collaboration with the team.
- Identification & pitching of potential entities.
- Must have strong business understanding to limelight the sales and business development function.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the Company's products and services in order to facilitate the business development process.
- Demonstrated ability to create processes to scale operations in a fast-paced organization.
- Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to closing new customers.
- Client :
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their problem statements by maintaining a thorough understanding of the client's industry, industry trends, industry financial measurements and performance indicators, and key client competitors in their industry.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and efficient in ambiguous situations.
- Inspire and influence key internal stakeholders, experts, and other indirect resources to remove barriers and achieve desired business outcomes
Location & Commitment :
- Reporting Office: 1205, Tower C, Bhutani Alphathum, Noida - 201305
- Timings are as per business requirements and Calendar Invites
Qualification :
- Work Experience as a Business Development Executive
- Target Driven Approach towards Business Development
- Excellent Communication
- Empathy
Preferred Qualification :
- Experience in planning details Go To Market plans or theoretical understanding.
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development in the areas of IaaS, SaaS, PaaS of cloud computing & cloud native technology.
