Roles and responsibility :
Front Desk Operations:
- Responsible for providing relevant information or assistance.
- Answer and route phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.
Travel Ticket Booking and Follow-Up:
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight, train, and bus bookings.
- Coordinate with travel agencies or portals to ensure timely and accurate ticket bookings.
- Follow up on ticket confirmations, cancellations, and refunds as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of all travel-related transactions.
Event Support:
- Assist in updating information related to upcoming events and activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper planning and execution of events.
