Shift timings:- UK Shift (1 PM - 10 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframe.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
