Role :
- A Business Development Executive plays significant role in guiding, counselling the potential aspirants who are primarily working professionals or executives looking to upgrade their professional qualifications. Position requires good oral communication skills, good telephone etiquette. Aspirants with 2-5 years of experience in Counselling, Direct Sales, Inside sales, lead generation can apply.
Responsibilities :
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls.
- Responsible for student counselling, admission and achieve their targets.
- Understand customer needs/requirements and pitch a suitable program
- Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process, enrolment process and procedures and meeting application deadlines.
- Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment.
- Proven expertise in converting prospective leads into sale. Experience working with CRM
Desired Skills :
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to call, connect and counsel the students over mobile.
- Good listening and presentation skills.
- Lead generation and management skills
- Exposure to social media would be an advantage with good PC interface.
- Graduate or Post graduate with experience in counselling, Inside sales would be +.
