Career Counsellor:

Industry: Online Higher Education Sales

Location : Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 Years in similar kind of role or similar industry

About the Role:

Career Counsellor is the face of ReBridge Education for all our aspiring students & professionals and will- help them- to understand how to leverage from Online / Distance learning to accelerate their career growth. This is an individual contributor role in an employee oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes on spreading the unique and flexible way of learning opportunities available from top institutes and universities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Will have to do consultative sales with prospective customers

- Understand Customer profiles & interests and explain the learning opportunities available to upskill and upgrade through a structured Counselling.

- To be able to guide and inform on enquired products / services and Handle queries.

- Learn/Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, market understanding and other desired skills regularly to excel in the desired position.

- Have good communication skills in English with good telephone etiquette.

- To be comfortable working from office for 6 days in a week

- Should have Keen interest in education counselling, Knack for sales and in mentoring.

- Should be Target driven with a problem-solving approach.

Desired Skills:

- Any Graduate / Post graduate degree

- Good Listening and presentation skills. Should be persistent

- Knowledge on Inside sales, Direct Sales , Career Counselling or Academic Counselling.

- Knowledge on Lead Generation, Prospecting , Cold Calling from various sources.

- Exposure to Social media and CRM would be plus with good computer interface.
