Role:

As a BDA, you are responsible to connect with the prospective leads and guide the interested customers with relevant information on offered products & services. Aspirants having a minimum of 0-2 years' experience in Education, Insurance, Banking, Real estate and other industries with exposure to Direct Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Consulting Sales and willing to work in a Startup kind of environment would be preferred.

Fresh Non Engineering graduates or Post graduates interested to pursue sales as career and willing to learn, perform and grow can apply to this position.

Job Description:

- To source sales opportunities through outbound calls, inbound follow-ups.

- To do outbound calling, generate leads by calling the prospective customer data.

- Guide, counsel and provide information to clients on products & services.

- Targeting the right set of audience and ensure closures by continuous follow up.

- Assist students in selection of course, application and documentation process.

- Should be comfortable in speaking over mobile with prospective list of customers.

- Strong inclination to work in Target driven sales environment.

Desired Skills:

- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills in English.

- Should possess good listening and customer handling skills.

- Knowledge on Cold calling, Prospecting, Lead generation & closures

- Should be persuasive, patient, and persistent with a desire to excel in career.

- Knowledge on computers and basics of MS-Office.
