Responsibilities:
Direct Revenue Generation: Implement tele sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Engage with potential clients to effectively promote our services.
Consultative Sales Approach: Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Highlight the benefits and value propositions of our services.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our services, features, and industry trends. Articulate the unique selling points of our services to potential clients.
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Graduates with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience
- Good communication (Hindi & English)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
