Rebel Foods - Virtual Accounts Manager - Corporate Sales (0-1 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Exploring bulk order opportunities with corporates via cold calling, LinkedIn, database calling etc.
- Calling and converting bulk orders from inbound leads real time
- Build a good key account relationship/funnel with large corporates for repeated bulk orders to achieve monthly, quarterly and half yearly goals
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails in new unexplored industries.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and converting the same
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor Degree with 1-2 years/MBA with 0-1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, B2B/Corporate Sales, Client Facing Roles
- Excellent negotiation, communication and influencing skills
- Person should have a high level of ownership in getting the things done, by coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders
- A go-getter, self motivated and comfortable to work in a very fast paced startup environment
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Should be smart enough to take the decisions at his/her end and open to innovation and believe in trying new & different things to drive the business
- Excellent communication
