- Over the past 14 months, businesses all over the world have either adapted or shut shop. At Rebel Foods we were well positioned to take advantage of the catastrophic events that played out. Going out to grab a meal became a no-go and ordering in became the go-to.
- As the pandemic continued to play out, the Launcher model took shape. The model allows brands to occupy space in our kitchens for a fixed monthly fee, utility charges and no other hidden outgoings. All the other benefits have been described earlier.
About the role :
- As a Territory account manager (TAM), you are the hunter for growing this business and subsequently maintaining the relationship between Rebel & the brand partner.
- You will need to reach out to potential Brand partners, explain the overall Launcher business model, onboard them into our ecosystem and nurture these relationships as they grow.
- We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical client facing role.
-Identify and initiate conversations with Restaurant
- Partners after understanding the Launcher business targets and strategy
- You must be passionate about growing business from the ground up
- You should be good at building and maintaining relationships
- You must be empathetic and quick to establish rapport with the key stakeholders
- You must be open minded & data driven when scouting for F&B concepts
- Ensuring a constantly populated business funnel will be critical to achieve monthly /quarterly business goals
- You must have negotiation & influencing skills
- Ownership is key and coordinating with different internal and external stakeholders will be required to set you up for success
- Should be smart enough to take the decisions at his/her end and open to innovate and believe in trying new & different things to drive the business.
- You will need to create a strategic road map and execution plan for acquisition of new clients in line with the overall organizational objective.
Your chances increase if you have the following :
Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years or MBA with 2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B/Corporate Sales, or Account Management or Client Facing Roles
