Rebel Foods - Key Account Manager - Corporate/B2B Sales (4-5 yrs)
Key Account Manager - Corporate B2B Sales
- What is the main purpose or objective of the job; and what will it contribute to the overall business of the company.
- This position will be responsible for the sales effort, achieving revenue plan predominantly through majorly farming existing accounts in specific vertical/regions.
- He/she will be responsible to position Rebel Foods as the preferred food partner with enterprise customers in travel like IRCTC, Airlines and corporates aggregators to drive strategic-level engagement
Candidate Requirements :

Work Relations :
- Main interfaces- with whom do you have regular contact in carrying out your duties (whom do you report to/who do you functionally report to/whom do you have interface within and outside the organization?)
Internal Interface :
- Operations Team
- Product Team
- Growth Team
- Content and Tech Support Team
- Senior Leadership
External Interface :
- Customer Head office and Regional Offices
- Customers different stakeholders in legal /finance /business verticals
Critical Accountabilities :
- List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.
- Driving Revenues
- Managing and growing customer Relations
- Ensuring a great joint customer experience with the B2B customer
- Liaison with both internal and stakeholders
Key Success Factor :
How is the success in the position measured ?
Quantitative :
- Achievement of Revenue Target
- Achievement of Customer Ratings
- No of new products/ solutions launched
Qualitative :
- New avenue of growth or GTM creation
- Pipeline build for new accounts or Marketing initiatives
- Client relations strengthening by innovations on new products and driving new initiatives.
- Market trend & research, analysis, business requirements
- MBA in Sales/Marketing with at least 4-5 years of experience in sales in B2B or B2B2C
Preferred Candidates :
- MBA in Sales/Marketing with at least 4-5 years of experience in sales in B2B or B2B2C customer space
- Other skills like Concept Sales, New Client Acquisition, Individual Contributor, Account Management, Cross Functional Engagement
- Have managed Annual business of about 20+ Cr
- Proven successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Should demonstrate a good functional understanding of the business and should be capable of quickly understanding new businesses, sectors and industry verticals - Presentable and excellent in communication skills
- Should have the ability to steer and work with internal cross-functional teams to create propositions and service the end customer
- Self-motivated with a clear aptitude in market trend & research, analysis, business requirements and writing accurate specifications
