Job Description :
- Curating content from external and internal stakeholders for preparing training content and modules on process, platform and skills.
- Should have knowledge of soft skills, behavior, editorial, creative and technical content.
- Should be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and word. Should be able to make a good quality presentation.
- Should have good ability to create gamified content, creative graphics and editing
- Design and create learner-centered instructional materials such as micro-learning modules, training plans, e-learning, presentations, simulations, graphical presentations .
- Able to make consultative recommendations to stakeholders on their training requirements, all the way to content creation, content review and feedback application to finalization of the content.
- Should have practice in voice over content conversion.
- Excellent communication and command over English (correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.)
- Complete sense of ownership with a go-getter attitude.
