Rebaca - Technical Sales Professional - 5G/Telco/Network Testing Domain (5-10 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
1. End-to-end sales responsibilities with complete ownership of the process. Complete sales cycle management opportunity qualification, directing backend sales development teams, effective product positioning, driving product demos, pricing & commercial negotiations, ensuring a healthy funnel, accurate forecasting, representing Rebaca at industry events, managing executive level relationships.
2. Build strategic relationship with key decision makers in the accounts- Middle and senior management, including CXOs.
3. Responsible for lead generation, sales pipeline development client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
4. Key role in shaping go-to-market strategy and identifying business opportunities. Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning. Developing forecasts and reporting activities to management regularly.
5. Translate technical requirements into viable solutions and service offerings. Conduct trials, demos, workshops, and technical forums to showcase product capabilities.
6. Negotiating the terms and conditions of orders, agreements and closing sales.
Preferred candidate profile :
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in selling 5G/4G/ORAN/Networking or telecom products with an understanding of the 5G Architecture.
2. Expertise in Telecommunications Technologies, Architecture, Testing methods, 4G/5G/networks, 4G/5G Core , 5G Test and measurement tools.
3. Proven track record in handling large accounts and achieving sales targets.
4. Proficient in negotiation and sales techniques, Sales Process Understanding with a winning mind-set.
5. Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into business solutions.
6. Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
