Key Responsibility Areas :
1. Manages and coordinates merchandisers to ensure planogram execution in stores, maintaining records, and providing reports to management.
2. Oversees all aspects of exclusive store expansion, from civil work to store launch, including post-launch checks and adherence to NPL/PLC for POSM displays.
3. Assigns tasks to vendors through optimized route plans to minimize costs and manages vendor adherence to agreed turnaround times (TAT).
4. Conducts regular market visits to gather competitive intelligence, monitors vendor work quality, audits signage and SIS investments, and assists the sales team with retail element hygiene.
5. Leads channel marketing, manages vendors & branding, executes strategy, tracks competitors, and coordinates across teams.
6. Manages the entire retail execution process, including setting and tracking progress towards monthly and yearly targets.
7. Ensures proper execution and installation of various signage materials (ACP cladding, boards, SIS, hanging & side signage) according to defined investment standards.
Eligibility-
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, retail management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a retail, marketing, or channel management role.
3. Experience in planogram execution and/or visual merchandising (a plus).
