Key Responsibility Areas :

1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with the brand's objective in mind.

2. Media Planning & Buying: Allocated media on different platforms in a manner that completely compliments the media briefs.

3. Developing Media strategies & Executing YOY planning.

4. Track digital Ad campaigns, evaluating ROI and optimize campaign accordingly to improve ROI, including Understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Digital Impact properties, etc.

5. Understanding Analytics and measuring ROI & efficiency. Campaign data reporting.

6. Digital campaign Analysis and review at regular basis from multiple perspective from branding to conversion.

7. Involved in Business forecasting and Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly budgets & planning along with the Value Delivery, Product etc.

8. Develop Coordination with Creative, Planning Team social team and marketing communication, etc to deploy Digital ads campaigns.

Eligibility :

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in digital marketing, social media marketing/branding.

2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a media buying & planning role.

3. Experience in social listening tools like loco buzz, one direct, etc.

4. Background from Google ads/FB ads/Media Planning/Buying/DV360.

Skills required :

1. Knowledge of Media Management, data management, agency management project management.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

3. Ideated to use Google/Meta/DV as a key Medium for ROI based campaigns

4. Target oriented professional with proven managerial expertise in devising digital marketing, social media, Ad Exchanges, mobile advertising, web analytics, RTB operations & performance tracking.

5. Experience driving KPIs for Digital and offline media platforms. Experience in running media plan evaluations, reports, and building insights. Diversified background in Digital Marketing; distinguished for creative problem solving, cross- functional teams and top line maintenance.

6. Accountable for devising targeting possibilities depending on the campaign objectives - Keyword Targeting, Behavioral Targeting, Remarketing & Retargeting etc.

7. Expert in curating media plans and translating them into tactical digital campaigns

8. A young leader with analytic depth to align operational efficiency with corporate goals.
