ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES;
1. Candidate must have work on these skills like HRM, KPI management, Escalation Management, Social media Management.
2. Understanding of Service Invoicing, technical service administration and field service requests along with appointments
3. Establish and maintain effective relationship with customers and as well as within business via Email and Phone calls
4. Actively Contributing in HR Metrics to evaluate Performance Management Cycle for effective decision making.
5. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook with a clear focus on deliverable and high quality Work.
6. Drive Compliance, Incident & change management to ensure no or minimal impact to business
COMPETENCIES :
1. Candidate must have done Post Graduation.
2. Carriers 10- 15 years of Experience.
3. MS Office (Presentation, Excel) and Mails
4. Leadership skills and communication
5. Ability to multi-task, time Management and Problem Solving.
6. Well Versed about the mobile device customer care domain, processes and procedures & especially Order Management via different Mailboxes & other CRM tools
7. Strong Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.
