3. Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
4. Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
5. Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget
6. Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines
7. Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
8. Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
9. Report to senior executives on progress and issues
10. Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Qualifications:-
1. 8-10 years of experience in retail management, sales, and business development, with strong expertise in dealer handling and field sales management.
2. Proven ability to manage and lead a team of store managers to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
3. Skilled in analyzing sales trends, and market data, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
