Realistic Realtors - Leasing Manager - Sales (6-9 yrs)
- Identify and negotiate new leasing opportunities for properties and speculative or pre-committed basis developments
- Expertise in Commercial/Corporates/Retail Leasing
- Negotiate lease renewals for assets. Preferably from Real Estate
- Establish a marketing plan for the portfolio and developments which includes a target market, budget and justification for the recommended marketing strategy
- Successful implementation of the marketing strategy and co-ordination with relevant internal departments to assist with this process
- Develop good working relationships with all local and international leasing agents within the region
- Proactive management of all leasing activities including lease restructures, new leases and renewal where appropriate
- Communicate with agents and other parties on transactions with timely updates to the Property Services team on the transaction details
- Update the Leasing Activities Report on the leasing status of negotiation with each customer and monitor all upcoming expires.
- Analyze and provide a recommendation for each leasing transaction in comparison with the budget, valuation and current market
