Real Time Data Services - Sales Role (2-6 yrs)
Key Functional Responsibilities :
- Primarily responsible to establish and develop good relationships with prospective clients to make successful sales.
- Rightly recommending the best solutions with a strong focus on the product's unique selling proposition to the client.
- Responsible for demonstrating the right customer behavior by delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to clients, maximize satisfaction.
- One has to proactively resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
- Understand the competitors- product and their USP to strategically place the company's product in the mind of the customer.
- Identify areas where the company can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to management.
Skill Requirement :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in doing business-to-business sales especially for international markets like the US/UK.
- Passionate about sales and achieving sales targets.
- Competent to demonstrate excellent technical sales pitch.
- Approach to learn about the company's technical product and its features.
- Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask.
