JOB DESCRIPTION - Inbound Sales Specialist
- The role is of a Technology Solutions Consultant with Acefone (VoIP based cloud telephony solution) focusing on the Europe and US Markets. Acefone is one of the brands under Real Time Data Services (RTDS) group. It involves generating revenue by engaging with prospects; designing and selling communication solutions via email, chat and phone channels. The opportunity is an inside sales role and does not require field visits.
- This role will give an opportunity to drive the growth of Acefone into the rapidly expanding global Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) space.
Key Functional Responsibilities :
- Develop an understanding of the Cloud Computing and VoIP telephony space and the internal product/services for Acefone (Detailed training will be provided)
- Pitch Acefone's value proposition to the customer with a penchant to upsell and cross-sell to the prospect
- Manage all internal and external communication with the prospect till sales closure
- Delivering product demos and driving conversations with the prospect
- Ability to build good relationships with prospect
- Work collaboratively with the product team in order to solve any configuration/product related issues
- Contribute to the future sales strategy and optimization initiatives
Requirements :
- 6 months to 3 years of sales experience preferably within technology
- Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach
- Strong communication, articulation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable in US Shift timings
