ReadyAssist - Executive - Customer Support (1-10 yrs)
- Managing the orders efficiently.
- Handling both B2C and B2B customers through chat or calls.
- Creating tickets and managing accordingly.
- Assigning orders to mechanics and ensuring the order is fulfilled efficiently.
- Follow-up with customers and mechanics.
- Ensure to provide the best customer experience.
- Creating daily reports in terms of order counts
Whom do we look for?
- Any Higher Education
- An experienced candidate is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements in multiple locations
- Have Good knowledge to handle clients.
- Should have good knowledge of order fulfillment.
- English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam minimum of four languages is mandatory.
