ReadyAssist - District Sales Manager (5-8 yrs)
This role is a leadership role at District Level to handle P&L, Sales, Operations, B2C Customer Acquision, Recruitment, Car workshops partnership and Marketing campaigns.
Responsibilites:
1. Owner of the complete operational practise in the district
2. In charge of the lead conversion in the district
3. Responsible for the overall P&L of the district
4. Making alliance with different parties like showroom, cab union, used car showroom, etc to generate the potential leads and convert it as retro fitment/alternative fuel system customer
5. On-boarding partner workshop for retro fitment
6. Inventory management of retrofitment kits and components
7. Responsible for the timely payment receivable from the district
8. Hiring Demand Managers, Workshop Manager, Mechanics and required manpower for the district with approval from headquarter
9. Coordinating with central marketing team to conduct frequent marketing activities to generate leads for the retro fitment
10. Achieving 100% target in a month for the overall district
11. Developing efficiency in the workshop for the fitment
12. Recovery of CNG kits on a timely basis from the concerned workshop (if partnership cancelled)
13. Providing daily report to Project Manager in terms of conversion and instalment
Required skill and background:
1. Automobile Industry experience preferred in vehicle modification and repairs or experience in retro fitment or alternative fuel system
2. Proven track record in managing multiple branches in day-to-day operations, lead generation and conversion
3. Experienced in coordinating with customers, lead conversion, kit supplier, workshop owners, mechanics.
4. Project Manager in Automobile Engineering/retro fitment
5. Service/Sales Manager in dealership
6. Ability to handle the district in the absence of Demand manager
7. Capable of handling additional district responsibilities for an unspecified period (if required)
