ReadyAssist - Category Manager - Business Development (2-3 yrs)
What do we look for?
Category Manager : The Category Manager in the Service Department will be responsible for managing and optimizing the service category. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, supplier management, and P&L management to ensure the highest quality of service delivery.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Whom do we look for?
- Category Strategy Development : Develop and implement category strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Supplier Management : Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers. Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze category performance metrics and KPIs. Implement improvement initiatives based on performance data.
- Collaboration and Communication : Work closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and finance to align category strategies with overall business goals. Communicate category plans and performance to senior management.
- Customer Focus : Ensure customer satisfaction by continuously improving service offerings and delivery. Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Financial Management : Manage category budgets and financial targets. Taking complete responsibility of the P&L for the given category.
Whom Do we Look for?
- Any Bachelor's degree or Masters
- Proven experience as a Category Manager or similar role, in service delivery
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Must have experience in P&L handling.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
