What do we look for?

The Program Director will build the business, oversee and manage the strategy, partner workshop and customer acquisition and execution of CNG retro fitments across India. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring the successful acquisition and retention of partner workshops as well as customers within the scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Responsible for the complete P&L of the project

2. Accountable for the positive ROI

3. Develop and implement a robust franchisee and customer acquisition strategy for retro fitments

4. Identify target markets and customer segments to drive business growth

5. Design and execute marketing campaigns and outreach programs to attract potential customers

6. Monitor the progress of every district and adjust as necessary to achieve customer acquisition targets

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and ROI

8. Ensure to on board partner workshops (car and commercial vehicles) with required branding for the installations in every districts

9. Ensure maximum productivity of retro fitment is achieved per workshop

10. Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals focused on customer acquisition for retro fitments and technical team

11. Conduct regular team meetings, trainings and performance evaluations

12. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and industry partners

13. Ensure compliance with government norms, industry standards, safety regulations, quality control measures etc

14. Coordinating with RTO's for licensing to all our Retro Fitment Centre

15. Manage resources effectively, including budgeting and financial oversight

16. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

17. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program

18. Prepare and present MIS as required

Whom do we look for?

1. Go Getter, Ability to build business from scratch (0-1-100), Highly Target oriented & Executor

2. Expert in B2B as well as B2C field.

3. Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field

4. Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales project management or customer acquisition, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within the automotive, tyres, oil & gas, retail, hospitality, paints, logistics and transport industry

5. Proven track record of managing large-scale customer acquisition and project executions

6. Mandatory to have hands on proven experience in handling green field projects

7. Adaptable and flexible to work in start-up ecosystem

8. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

10. Comfortable to travel whenever is required (Travel is a key element in this project)
