RCI Industries & Technologies - Executive - Sales/Marketing (3-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Conduct market research to identify new markets and business opportunities. Thereafter, implement suitable marketing strategies.
- Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
- Maintaining and developing good relationships with all potential and existing clients
- Making accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Conducting product trials, customer sheets and technical seminars
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Identify the potential customer and understand the needs of the customer.
- Drive sales initiatives and achieve desired targets.
- Send a daily and monthly sales report to the manager and accounts team.
- Attending trade exhibitions and events to represent the company
- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
- Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends by gathering market and customer information
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
- negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
- Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock
- Data entry in ERP systems for coordination between different departments.
- Coordinating- customer orders with production and purchase departments.
- Understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and product variations.
- Formulate & implement promotional plans for enhancing market visibility & product awareness.
- Support and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
- Coordination- with- service- team to ensure timely and safe delivery of product to the customer.
- Designing proposals for new business development
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements
- Analyze competitors closely to tap identify to new markets and tap profitable business opportunities
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a sales executive. Experience in copper/metal industry is an advantage.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Graduation in management, business, commerce, economics computer or engineering
- MBA in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent Negotiation skills
- High degree of self- motivation and ambition
- Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
- Ability to handle customers efficiently
- Confident and focused
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.
- Commercial awareness
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Social Media Platforms
