Job Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage potential customers over the phone. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. You will play a key role in helping the company achieve its sales targets.

Key Responsibility Areas :

- Making outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.

- Introducing products or services to prospects and explaining their benefits.

- Qualifying leads and identifying potential sales opportunities.

- Following up on leads and inquiries received through various channels.

- Handling objections and persuading customers to make a purchase.

- Achieving weekly or monthly sales targets.

- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.


- Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Telesales or a similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

- Self-motivated and results-driven.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Proficient in English, Bengali and Hindi.
