RBSA - Executive - Business Development (1-4 yrs)
Job responsibilities shall include but shall not be limited to:-
- Identify the Target Market viz. Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporate, Government & Semi Government bodies / Authorities.
- Performing in-depth industry, market and competitor research
- Network within the industry to establish new client contacts and qualify leads using industry news and publications and also maintain existing client relationships
- Prospect and qualify leads using industry news and publications
- Responsible for building, leading and directing the business development function to ensure regular revenue achievement and significant opportunity growth in conjunction with the company's strategic plan.
- To develop the business opportunities and create new cliental to achieve Revenue growth and Organization growth.
- Quickly grasp client business requirements and fit solutions around those specific needs
- Communicate and present effectively to all client levels
- Maintain frequent and personal contact and develop lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross selling opportunities for the company
- Manage all phases of the business development cycles to successful close
- Effectively utilize lead generation system
- Client data base maintenance and regular updation
- Creation of presentations formats and preparation of presentation for diversified requirements
- Back end support to business initiatives and business development team
- Preparation of applications for registrations with various bodies
