RBL Finserve - Custer Business Manager (5-7 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle 4-5 branches under him.
- To generate new SME client.
- Source new business (SME - Working Capital, Term Loan etc) as per target according to the policy.
- To sanction, disbursement, documents and relationship with clients
- To promote credit facilities to SME Clients - Working Capital, Term Loan etc
- Give Proper training to Branch managers & Relationship officers.
- Manage all the activities of all the branches under him.
- Handel Collection and Disbursement of all branches.
- Handling team of Branch managers for achieving the business targets.
- Concentrating efforts in achieving the sales target on a consistent basis, by coordinating the team efforts
- Handling activities such as sales, collection, audit, risk.
- Take review meetings for each branch and suggest if some improvement is to be done.
- Maintaining the MIS, generating reports.
Skills and abilities :
- Good communication skills in local language with some working knowledge in English
- Ability to adapt and innovate as per the needs of the customers.
- Should be able to work in a team
- Basic computer literacy
Qualifications & Experience :
- Education : Any graduate / MBA would be an added advantage.
- Essential : 5- 7 years of experience
